There is such a thing as good grief.
Yeah, fuck you Charlie Brown. None of that. None of it.
So Juno was pretty good. Not as good as Little Miss Sunshine, as everyone is comparing it to, but still good.
In other news, the new 360 Dashboard update is great and awful at the same time. I love that I can now stream my entire video library directly to my TV from my computer using my Xbox. (I’m a Mac user so I use Connect 360, which works perfectly.) Though I am annoyed that Silver members have to wait a week to download free content. Granted, I’ve only been a Silver member for about a month and once I pick up Orange Box and the semester finishes I’ll buy more gold time, but it still feels like a slap in the face from Microsoft. But they’re Microsoft, it’s what they do.
In my holiday shopping, which I hate by the way, I found myself in the Sony Style store. Upon leaving, I was asked if I’d take a brief survey for a free Starbucks gift card, so I said “Sure, why the hell not.” The focus of the survey was Windows Vista, to which I basically replied that I would never buy ay Vista product, ever.
I just found it funny that Sony seemed to be pushing Microsoft’s platform.
I will leave you with the new The Killers music video, which I find absolutely hilarious.
