Postawesome Posthumous Performance

I think that The Dark Knight might be my favorite movie of all time. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a movie so much. Seeing it in iMax was amazing. If you don’t get the joke in today’s comic, I can only wonder why you hate yourself so much that you have not seen it yet.

Another great thing that I watched this weekend was Dr. Horrible’s Sing-A-Long Blog. It’s a project that Joss Whedon worked on during the writer’s strike featuring Neil Patrick Harris and Nathan Fillion. By the time this posts, it might be taken down already. But it’s definitely worth purchasing on iTunes on the upcoming DVD.

I think it’s really cool that Joss is out to prove that you don’t need the big studios to make something great and I fully support that. I plan on purchasing the DVD once it’s out even though I’ve already watched it three times.

I bought this book today. Haven’t read past the first two pages, but the title alone warranted a purchase. I’ll let you know what I think.

This week looks to be very humid and hot. Looks like July finally made it to the party.
